SaintyCo PrimaFill CF-50 automatic capsule filler has a production capacity of 9,000 to 34,000 pcs/hr. for pallets and 18,000 to 50,000 pcs/hr. for powder. It has ten stations and six segment bores.
To minimize adjustments during parts changeover, SaintyCo PrimaFill CF-50 automatic capsule filler has both precision capsule segment and dosing disk. The powder dosing uses a five stage tamping technology that guarantees accuracy.
SaintyCo automatic capsule filler machine design ensures low maintenance operation due to its vacuum cleaning systems. The turntable is also enclosed, protecting it from dust.
Every component of the SaintyCo PrimaFill CF-50 capsule filler(from powder hopper, capsule hopper, dosing system to capsule segments),conforms to the CE and cGMP standards.
The automatic encapsulation machine is designed to the required safety standards with an SS 304 stainless steel structure and safety door protection switch.
SaintyCo has automated the PrimaFill CF-50 capsule filling machines with a SIEMENS PLC. This makes it easy to operate with an easy to use touch screen HMI.
